Made it through day 1

Well, I made it through day 1...I finished out the day well.

Lunch consisted of a toasted piece of 9 grain bread topped with chicken, salsa, and half an avocado.

For my afternoon snack, I had string cheese.

For dinner (because it was just me) was a bowl of Kashi with bananas,strawberries and plain yogurt. It was quite satisfying. I had a cup of hot tea before bed.

I didn't work out the first day because I had done some really heaving cleaning in the garage and around the house.

  1. yummy! but sounds like a snack to me. make sure you eat enough calories to keep your energy level up!
    i had eggs, waffles, and bacon. mexican food, pizza, then white russians...how am i doing? lol
