So, I am up and ready to start the day. Part of the 4-hour body protocol is to eat about 30 grams of protein within a half hour of waking. I have never been much of a breakfast eater. In fact, if I don't eat breakfast, I can go almost the whole day without eating. I do drink a fair amount of coffee and not enough water. So, some minor changes are in order.
Breakfast:
2 tbs. Bragg's apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. water to take my AGG stack
2 jumbo eggs cooked with spinach
Cup of coffee with tbs. cream and cinnamon
Starting weight: 115.5 (with my pj's on)
Measurements: I will get to those when I catch up with my measuring tape (back to the CHAOS in which I live).
As far as weighing and measuring myself, I am not sure how often I want to do it. I really don't have a lot of weight to lose. I am looking more for fat loss, muscle tone, and a sense of well being. Maybe what I need to do is get brave enough to have my picture taken...we'll see.
As for the flylady routine. I am going to wait until the rest of my family wakes before I reboot my laundry. I will start with this week's zone which is the kitchen. All I need to do is focus on the ceiling and top of my fridge. Seems easy enough.

Today has been an incredibly productive day. I have adhered to my 4-Hour Body diet and have tried to incorporate some of Flylady's decluttering techniques.
Let me tell you about something I happened upon...I went to the grocery store to pick up some ingredients for my cilantro jalapeno dressing, and as I was reaching for the store brand apple cider vinegar, I noticed Bragg's ACV with (from) the mother. Somewhere in the far reaches of my cobwebbed mind, I remembered something about the health benefits of ACV, so I opted for Bragg's (a little more pricey than the store brand but better for you) and headed home to do some research on the Internet. Well, my research uncovered an enormou amount of information about the health benefits of ACV, but it must be the unfiltered, organic, mother whatever kind; pasteurized store brands don't cut it. So, I am drinking 2 tbs. in water 3-4 times starting today. I don't know if it's in my head, but I feel better already.
