So, Tim Ferris, the writer of the book 4-Hour Body, suggests eating 30 grams of protein within a half hour of waking. This is on of the make it or break it factors of 4HB. From what I can tell from his book, he is a late riser, but I get up at 5:00am and had a hard time choking down breakfast which consisted of 2 eggs, black beans, spinach and coffee with cinnamon. This was preceded by a glass of water with ACV in it. I did it, but I feel a little ill.
Anyway...

I still haven't found my tape measure. Using my tape measure will be important for me as I don't have a lot of weight to lose, and I am more about trying to lose fat, gain some muscle, and have a better sense of well being.
mood: not sure, tired and a litte nauseous.
